    Abstract
This chapter introduces and applies what we term the ‘Comprehensive Integrity Framework’.1 The Framework distinguishes key concepts of integrity, and this chapter illustrates these distinctions with application to the global climate change regime. In so doing, the chapter defines a number of key terms used throughout this volume, including the Public Institutional Justification (PIJ), consistency-integrity, coherence-integrity and context-integrity.This chapter introduces and applies what we term the ‘Comprehensive Integrity Framework’.1 The Framework distinguishes key concepts of integrity, and this chapter illustrates these distinctions with application to the global climate change regime.
