dc.description.abstractA new junction: CdS nanocrystals combined with single-layer transition-metal dichalcogenide nanosheets with two-dimensional nanojuctions are reported to possess excellent photocatalytic activity and stability under visible-light irradiation. Two-dimensional architecture at nanojunctions offers a promising pathway to obtain high performance photocatalyst systems by using single-layer nanosheets as building blocks.
