dc.description.abstractThe paper presents an electronically beam switched smart mobile terminal antenna (SMTA) array with three different configurations. The SMTA array can be used in wireless communications and computing systems. The radiation beam pattern toward desired direction can be controlled by switched beam control algorithm. Four different structures of SMTA arrays and their design considerations are discussed in this paper.en_US
