The use of online surveys in capturing large-scale data
Abstract
Surveys are regularly used as a tool to capture data for research in the social sciences. Advancements in Information and Communication Technologies, including the rapid growth of Internet usage, have encouraged the development of online and email surveys as a cost and time effective research tool.
