Abstract

The 1994 Rwandan Genocide continues to have serious repercussions for peace and stability inthe Great Lakes region of Africa. Here, the contributors look at the continuation of the conflict in the territory of Zaire, ultimately asking how best to handle a problem which has been a source of instability for years - the problem of refugee warriors.
