SOCIAL WELL BEING THROUGH CONTRIBUTION TO THE PUBLIC ART PROCESS How could one measure the wellbeing of a community? Perhaps through the quality of its hospitals, perhaps through its emphasis on alternative medicine, perhaps through the quality of its housing.
