Knowledge management is a method of acquiring a strategic asset that drives sustainable business
benefits. This paper adopts a modelling approach to explore the relationships among the various
knowledge management enablers identified in the seminal literature. Using a combination of a focus
group with industry practitioners in Hong Kong, and the interpretive structural modelling technique, the
