dc.description.abstractDefinition: Adrenal myelolipoma is a benign tumour in the adrenal cortex composed of adipose tissue and bone marrow elements. Epidemiology: Myelolipoma is the second most common adrenal cortical tumour (1530). It accounts for 2.6% of all primary adrenal tu­mours {1533}. It is most often diagnosed in patients in their fifth to seventh decade of life (range: 16 months to 84 years) {158, 1184,1533) and is more common in females {3065,3109}.
