Single-cell measurement has been achieved using a microfluidic dielectrophoresis (DEP) chip designed to combine DEP with same-single-cell analysis (SASCA). The DEP electrodes in the chip used to be fabricated by metal layers patterned on a glass bottom to be bonded to a top glass plate consisting of channels, chambers and solution reservoirs. In this work, we created DEP chip made of a top PDMS slab bonded to an unpatterned glass bottom, in which the electrodes were self-aligned by filling liquid metal into guiding channels.Single-cell measurement has been achieved using a microfluidic dielectrophoresis (DEP) chip designed to combine DEP with same-single-cell analysis (SASCA).
