    Abstract
    This chapter speaks to how life narratives were shared in a collaborative journey with six women at different stages of their lives and academic careers. The Life Review process, a carefully structured and facilitated approach to guided autobiography, enabled group members to share deeply personal reflections on the nuances and complexities of life as women academics with multi-layered identities.
