dc.description.abstractAs our year comes to a close most of us have probably spent the last few months wondering how time seems to move so quickly. We lament not having enough time in the day to stay on top of our workload and struggle with work-life balance. We might experience stress which, in small doses, can enhance our performance and make us more productive. However, when this is a constant we can pay the price both mentally and physically.
