On the other hand, it examines how these two realms fight over ownership and control of public discourse and its meanings. Briefly, it proposes the study of the comprehension, extension and restriction of certain meanings that, in this dispute, are disseminated to build our uncertainties, and how they collaborate in the production of disbelief in the public institutions. The textual corpus are media articles and photographic images published between August 27 and December 9, 2009 in the national dailies Clarand La Naci㮠of Buenos Aires. This period of study is framed between (1) the launch of the presidential formula Cristina Fernᮤez de Kirchner-Julio Cobos by the Front for Victory (a faction of the Peronist Party), which finally won the elections in October 2007 with a 45,3 %, and (2) the inaugural day of Dr. Cristina Fernᮤez's presidency, in December, 2007
