Research Contribution: This exhibition represents the first time I used painting techniques onto the photograph. A pixelated image is scrambled in photo-manipulated software and each pixel is isolated and then randomly painted onto the surface of the image. Research Significance: This exhibition was the first time I have exhibited my work at the prestigious Jan Murphy Gallery in Brisbane. The exhibition represents a continuation of my PhD research and as well received. The University of Queensland Art Museum acquired a work for their collection. Three of the works then travelled as part of Spring 1883 at the Hotel Windsor in Melbourne.
