    Abstract
Data from 24 hour measurements of noise levels at 19 surface roadways in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are presented. Noise level percentiles: l01, l05, l10, l50, l90, and l 99 are given along with leq, lnp, noise climate and standard deviation for each half hour of measurement. These half hour scales have been aggregated for periods of 24 hours, 18 hours, 12 hours (day), 12 hours (night) and 6 hours (evening). Tni and ldn were calculated for the 24 hour period. Data are presented in both tabular and graphic form. The geometry of each of the sites is also provided.Data from 24 hour measurements of noise levels at 19 surface roadways in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are presented.
