Thrombolysis at conventional doses seems to have similar efficacy and bleeding rates in morbidly obese patients. https://bit.ly/38ZqJr4.This case-control study assessed efficacy and safety of systematic thrombolysis in morbidly obese patients with massive pulmonary embolisms.
