I enjoyed reading this paper and thank the authors for tackling this issue. It is sometimes too easy for us to look at 2-dimensional photographs and congratulate ourselves on a job well done when normal movement can alter how good our outcomes appear to be. Looking critically at the difficulties we encounter and how these impact the patients that we treat is increasingly important in the evidence-based medicine era. Going further and considering methods of addressing some of the shortcomings we encounter allows us to continue to improve and takes us from a 2D outcome to a holistic result.I enjoyed reading this paper and thank the authors for tackling this issue.
