Jurisdiction in International Litigation

Abstract

This book is a critical analysis of the principles of jurisdiction in private international litigation, and of the courts' practices in applying those principles. It analyses the principles and the courts' practices by reference to the private and state interests which motivate the principles, and proposes reforms to the principles.
