The series has evolved over the entire candidature and follows an accumulative structure, which feeds back in to ideas of fragmentation and becoming. Research Significance: The cage features in several works discussed in the thesis and provides an armature to harmonise theory and practise in the final chapter. This work adds to the concept of Interpassivity in my research functioning in this iteration as a static art object as oppose to a performative piece in Fragment: Iteration II (Bubble) where I explored the Brisbane CBD from within the cage.
