dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this article is to explore the literature on capstone courses generally - and capstones in undergraduate business degrees in particular - to determine the role of these courses in embedding graduate skills, with specific emphasis on a study conducted by the authors and colleagues. The paper concludes by providing five core principles for embedding generic skills as a way of improving the design, teaching and assessment of capstone courses.en_US
