This paper presents the design of Tag-ItTM compatible 13.56 MHz Passive RFID Transponder IC implemented in TSMC 0.18孠Mixed Signal SALICIDE (1P6M, 1.8V) process. The design is simpler and requires lower power supply, compared to four other works, which in turn can achieve power reduction of 30 - 50%.This paper presents the design of Tag-ItTM compatible 13.56 MHz Passive RFID Transponder IC implemented in TSMC 0.18孠Mixed Signal SALICIDE (1P6M, 1.8V) process.
