Challenges in the Design of Legal Ethics Learning Systems: An Educational Perspective

Abstract

This article relies on a constructivist approach to teaching and learning to show why it is crucial (1) to formulate ethics learning objectives with particular care and (2) to ensure that learning activities and assessment are aligned with learning objectives. It considers some of the difficulties in meeting these two basic requirements.
