Getting fit for family, health and fun: A diary of the Cherbourg Healthy Lifestyles Program

Abstract

Cherbourg Healthy Lifestyles Project, which launched in September 1998 and with the $10,000 grant from the Queensland Health equipment, fitness instruction and fitness testing was provided to ensure that women received appropriate fitness training. A description of Cherbourg Healthy Lifestyles Project is provided.
