    Abstract
    This paper proposes to analyse the retrofitting of learning buildings in a sustainable development approach. After a brief historical review of the context in which these buildings were constructed and the problems they are facing nowadays, a case-study based on INSAS building presents our survey which focused on the increase of energy efficiency. A multidisciplinary approach was conducted for the 3 authors are from different fields of expertise and wanted to test their methods.
