dc.description.abstractThis report examines and discusses potential benefits, opportunities and challenges related to the adoption and greater use of information and communication technology (ICT)-supported workplace collaborative technologies across the Griffith Business School (GBS). It further considers these issues in relation to the Division of Information Service’s (INS) Unified Collaboration Project and the associated roll out and adoption of CISCO collaborative workplace technologies.
