The consequences of hunting tourism for animal conservation depend on many factors, some
intrinsic, others extrinsic (Coltman et al., 2003; Buckley, 2014a). Proponents and opponents

underlying cause of current controversies. To assist in resolving these disputes, a broader
analytical approach is required. The consequences of hunting tourism for animal conservation depend on many factors, some
