The DES SIARG is an advisory group to the Executive Management Team (EMT) to ensure that culturally sensitive issues are considered, and a knowledge and understanding of culturally sensitive issues are incorporated into the development of Policy, procedures, protocols and guidelines across all divisions of the Department of Emergency Services.
