Abstract
Practical, evidence-based strategies for assisting investigative interviews in eliciting disclosures of abuse from children aged between 4 and 12 years - need for a child-centred approach where the child does most of the talking, and where the interviewer is aware of the child's limitations and accepts the responses without being coercive or judgmental.
