Abstract
Anterior facial changes with aging are a great concern to our patients. There is a frequent focus upon the nasolabial fold (NLF) and treatment by minimally invasive procedures is commonly requested. Although it has been suggested that treatment from afar on the malar eminence or more lateral midcheek is sufficient to avoid the danger zone of the NLF, Mowlds and Lambros1 helped demonstrate that improvement of the NLF may best benefit from direct treatment.
