Abstract

In the context of globalization, how to better learn foreign languages and achieve better communication between China and foreign countries is a very important practical issue. This book uses the current Chinese college students' total scores, college entrance examination English scores and professional CET-4 scores as test samples, and discusses the different effects of students with different scores in the process of decoding English ambiguous sentences (garden path sentences). This study draws conclusions through language calculation and statistical analysis, which provides a favorable support for the "communication strategy" that does not need to be overly grammatical in English teaching.
