Abstract

Study of mock jury deliberations with eligible community members commissioned by The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse - comparison of jury reasoning about child sexual abuse offences involving three complaints versus a single complaint - jury decisions related to the probative value of the evidence - no verdict based on impermissible reasoning.
