Abstract
E-Portfolios are recognised as a valuable tool for personal development planning. Embedded within university curricula they are also recognised as important tools to assist students to record and reflect on their key learning experiences that relate directly to their employability. At Griffith University academics within the Environmental Health program partnered with Career and Employment Services’ staff to develop and pilot an embedded employability framework using ePortfolios. This presentation will provide an overview of the employability framework and how ePortfolios have been used as part of its implementation.
