Abstract
Law and Doerflein provide a good insight for specialists within the tourism and airline industries about the importance of airline ground services. Their book Introduction to Airline Ground Service is addressed to all current and future ground service agents (GSA), academics, students and a wide range of tourism and airline management professionals. It fills an important gap, with only a few International Air Transport Association publications currently covering the subject.
