Abstract

As mentioned in Chapter 4, identifying and monitoring benefits that realise the value of Building Information Modelling (BIM) can be used as an overarching framework for the implementation strategy. However, there is a lot more to successfully implementing BIM and maximising its value. This fact can be overwhelming for first-time users and sometimes even discouraging.
