Abstract
What they know, what they don't, and what we can do to help. Young Australians have been identified as having low financial literacy. This has led to increased efforts to improve these levels, in particular, the inclusion of financial literacy in the Australian Curriculum. This research was commissioned to investigate why young women, compared to young men, have poorer levels of financial literacy.
