Abstract

Integrated Magnetic Systems (IMS) become more and more popular, due to the high demand of high efficient and space saving DC/DC converters. This paper introduces a new kind of capacitor layer, which can be integrated into such passive integrated devices. The introduced capacitor structure is not disturbing the electromagnetic field of the transformer or the inductor of the system or vice versa.
