Acta Chimica Sinica, published semimonthly in Chinese by the Chinese Chemical Society since 1933 and originally named Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society before 1952, reports new research results in all fields of chemistry, including physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry and analytic chemistry, etc., in the forms of accounts, articles, notes and communications. Accounts are summary of significant recent work and new developments from research groups of principal authors. Articles and notes are designed to report research of high scientific quality and originality that are of interest to the wide and diverse readership of the journal with experimental details. Communications are restricted to results with urgency, significance, and novelty.
