Definition: Squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant epithelial tumour composed entirely of cells with squamous differentiation. Epidemiology: This extremely rare tumour occurs in el­derly individuals and is more common in women, with a female-to-male ratio of;2:1 (809,1008,1536 }.
