Abstract
The protection of publishing ethics and research integrity are key objectives of the Australian Occupational Therapy Journal. The Wiley Best Practice Guidelines on Research Integrity and Publishing Ethics (Wiley, 2020) are freely available to all involved in scholarly publishing and highlight authorship issues as a potential concern for editors. This editorial will highlight expectations regarding the authorship statement in the Australian Occupational Therapy Journal.
