The chapter Herman Van Eyken wrote for this book as an additional contribution to the seminar papers, as he could not participate due to unforeseen circumstances. But the paper was considered so valuable it was added under the heading Additional Contributions (one was about Belgian Film Policies, written by Herman Van Eyken, the other was about and from the Philippines. It is a post event publication based on the seminar that was held in Kuala Lumpur in June 2005.
