Abstract

This article reports on an evaluation of the Remote Justices of the Peace Magistrates Court Program (‘JP Magistrates Court Program’), conducted in 2010 by the current authors.1 The article provides detail in relation to certain aspects of the operation of the JP Magistrates Court Program and of the analysis of program effectiveness undertaken as part of the evaluation.
