The Currency Exchange Terminal was constructed for selling printed notes designed by the artist, in association with a changing fabricated exchange rate. The Australian currency was to be exchanged for the Blood Money notes. All Australian currency received was then donated to Indigenous youth and education organisations.

It was designed as an innovative approach to not only disperse the information of the unrecognized heroes to participation audiences, but to also fund-raise for community organisations in the process. It worked as an interactive element which supported the larger painted works. Audiences were able to purchase the nano-film prints of the banknote works, coming into close contact with their meanings and also becoming familiarised with new understandings and knowledge systems.

In this incarnation of the Currency Exchange at the Art Gallery of South Australia the installation was open over three days. During that time the Australian currency traded was a massive $32,111.85. The is evidence of a massive rate of audience participation during the short time the Terminal was active. It also signifies a major amount of money that is able to be used byt the nominated community organisation recipients. In this case the Kaurna Language Centre; Kaurna Warra Pintyanthi and the Ceduna Youth Hub (Ceduna Aboriginal Corporation).
