Abstract

The work explores the dynamic of time as it applies to humans but also to the oldest living trees in the world, the Bristlecone Pine of the Eastern Sierra in California. Time is the fourth dimension of human existence. How we perceive it, manage it and ultimately use it. The work puts emphasis on the fact that ultimately time is the scarcest resource we have, yet most take it for granted, often waste it.
