Abstract
To the Editor We applaud the efforts of Sheetz et al1 to address the association of bariatric surgery for patients with obesity with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), which presents an important dilemma for both the patient and their treating nephrologist. However, there are a few issues we would like to highlight when interpreting this population-based study.
