Abstract

In recent years, the breadth of medical education practice has widened, rightfully so, to concern well-being and resilience issues. Understandings have developed that the purpose of medical school is not only to engender the appropriate skills and knowledge to serve the healthcare needs of the public but also to develop doctors who have the attributes to manage their wellbeing, in order to thrive in the challenging clinical context as well as practice safely.
