Abstract
Report by welfare and legal practitioners relating to the abuse of children during contact visits with non-residential parents. Custodial parents have described a range of abuse including sexual, physical, emotional and vergal abuse, as well as neglect. Theoretical remedies are available including protection from the Family Court.
