Abstract
This issue of Theoretical Biology Forum (TBF), like so many before it, refects the broad spectrum of issues and interests of its readers. First there is a paper by Francesca Monti from the University of L’Aquila which represents a continuation of the work of G. V. Schiaparelli’s on evolutionary theory, much of which has appeared in TBF over many years. Then there are three signifcant articles on the diferent aspects of the Covid academic. The frst is entitled A General Model for Covid-19 Epidemic Kinetics: Application to Italian and German Data and is authored by Andrea Amadei and Massimiliano Aschi. This is followed by A Stochastic Compartmental Model to Simulate the Covid-19 Epidemic Spread on a Simple Network by Armando Bazzani, Enrico Lunedei and Sandro Rambaldi. All these authors are from the University of Bologna in Italy. The fnal publication in this series is authored by Dure Nishwa, Hafza Arooba Riaz, Ameer Fatima, Braira Wahid is entitled An update on Sars-CoV-2: a review. This article provides latest update on genomic characterization, transmission, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical manifestation of Sars-CoV-2.
