Abstract
Migrant workers are people who have migrated to another country in search of better job opportunities and lifestyle. Migrant workers may enter foreign countries through formal immigration programmes (e.g., skilled, humanitarian, temporary) or illegally. Many countries are faced with significant issues regarding migrant workers due to the increasing numbers of people moving from their home country which drain economies of human capital.
