Abstract

Case studies are frequently used as teaching strategies in face-to-face and online courses. Development of interactive case studies for the online environment in higher education requires appropriate principled guidance to accommodate a design that is robust, flexible, provides for engagement with media rich information, multidisciplinary and fulfils requirements for ongoing evaluation.
