Abstract

To the Editor, There are a number of adjuvant drugs available that improve the duration and quality of perineural nerve blocks. However, the vast majority of these adjuncts require off-label perineural administration [1]. Dexamethasone is the only agent that has similar adjuvant properties when comparing intravenous and perineural administration [1].
