Abstract
Neck lumps are a common yet challenging clinical presentation that can occur in all age groups and have a wide variety of aetiologies that include both benign and malignant conditions. Appropriate workup and timely referral are critical, particularly when investigating for malignancy. Our case demonstrates a rare cause of a neck lump that presented clinically and radiologically as a primary malignancy, however, was found at histopathology to be a benign foreign body reaction.
